# Moulding profiles and custom sizes: working from your drawing

Beyond standard decking and sawn timber, much of our production is machined profiles. Cladding, shiplap, tongue and groove, skirting, door frames and bespoke shapes can all be produced in Merbau, Meranti and Bengkirai.

## Start with a drawing

Send us a cross section drawing with thickness, width and the key profile dimensions in millimetres, plus the length range you need. A photo of an existing sample also helps.

## Sampling

For new profiles we produce a sample run first. You approve the shape and finish before we move to full production, so there are no surprises in the container.

## Tolerances and finish

Tell us the tolerance your installers work to and whether the face should be smooth, reeded or grooved. We will confirm what is realistic for the species and moisture content you choose.
